LONDON RIDE 100 FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER UK

Good day everybody. I never use social media for anything other than fishing related stuff, but over the next few weeks I am going to put a few posts up to try and raise money for Children with Cancer UK. I have got my self roped in to doing the London Ride 100 with a friend who I used to race Triathlons with. I am currently on a diet of salad and Ibuprofen. The salad to try and get me back to my race weight and the tablets to kill the pain in my left knee from eleven operations( That’s what sport does to your body) Training is tough but going well at the moment. I did 53 miles last night.(see picture on return)
